The website (www.ruthangel.com) and it’s subdomain  (www.portal.ruthangel.com), includes one-on-one coaching, online courses, ebooks, videos, and other digital content. By accessing or using our coaching services and membership site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase, access or use our coaching services, digital content, or membership site.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our coaching services, digital content, or membership site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and any applicable policies, including our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of our coaching services and membership site constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our coaching services, digital content, and membership content are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any decisions based on the information and guidance provided through our coaching services and membership content.

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

All payments for coaching services and membership access must be made in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy. Any changes to this policy can be found in the client’s individual coaching contract agreement.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via our website's contact form. Cancellation of your membership will take effect immediately, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your membership.

Please note that refunds are not available for any digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, including online courses, eBooks, workbooks, journals, planners, audio and video recordings, and live group coaching sessions. Additionally, if any discounts or promotional offers were applied to the original purchase, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership and access to our coaching services and membership site if you violate these Terms or fail to make timely payments.

Standalone Online Course and Digital Product Access and License

Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will be granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the standalone online course or digital product for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license applies to standalone online courses and digital products not accessed through a membership plan. You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the course materials or digital products without our express written consent.

Payment and Refund Policy for Standalone Online Courses and Digital Products

All payments for standalone online courses and digital products must be made in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to modify the pricing of our standalone online courses and digital products at any time. Any changes in pricing will be communicated to you before they take effect.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources available on our membership site or provided through our coaching services, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and other content, are the property of The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content may result in a violation of these laws and is strictly prohibited.

License to Use Membership Content

Upon payment of the applicable fees and subject to these Terms, The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the membership content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, reproduce, sell, sublicense, or otherwise exploit the membership content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission. An active subscription is required to continue to access the membership.

Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, and your payment method on file will be charged the applicable fees and taxes, unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the membership site and digital products will terminate immediately. The user will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees already paid.

Access and Usage

You may not use any automated means, such as robots or data mining techniques, to access or use our membership site or digital products.

User Generated Content

By submitting any user-generated content, such as comments, reviews, or forum posts, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with our membership site and digital products.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of our coaching services and membership site.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our coaching services and membership site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access and use our coaching services and membership site will immediately cease.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to your use of our coaching services and membership site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, LLC or any third party.

Disclaimers

Our coaching services, digital products, and membership site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on the site.  The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, LLC does not warrant that our coaching services and membership site will be available, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your own risk.

Third-Party Websites and Services

Our coaching services and membership site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, LLC. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
