Refund Policy for Coaching Services:

We understand that coaching is a personal experience, and it may not be the right fit for everyone. If you are not satisfied with our coaching services, you may request a refund within the timeframe specified in the signed coaching contract. If no timeframe is specified, refunds will not be issued once the coaching sessions have begun.

To request a refund for coaching services, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

 

Cancellation Policy for Coaching Services:

If you need to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, please contact our customer support team at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full fee for the session. No shows will not be rescheduled, and that session will be forfeited.

 

Refund Policy for Membership:

We want our members to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with our membership, we offer a 7-day refund policy for membership fees. If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, we will issue a full refund of the membership fees. No refunds will be issued after the 7 day period.

Cancellation Policy for Membership:

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer support team. The user will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees already paid.

Refund Policy for Digital Products:

Please note that refunds are not available for any digital content that has been downloaded or accessed, including online courses, eBooks, workbooks, journals, planners, audio and video recordings, and live group coaching sessions. Additionally, if any discounts or promotional offers were applied to the original purchase, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund Policy for CareClarity Solution:

There will be no refunds for the CareClarity Solution service once the coaching video for your specific concerned has been created and delivered to you. Please contact our support team for questions related to this service.
