What is your refund policy?

I’ve paid, how will i access the online course AND MEMBERSHIP AREA?
You will be given access to the online course/membership area and sent your login credentials within 24 hrs of payment.
when do the classes start?
All of our online courses are 100% virtual and self-paced. They are hands on and consist of video-based training. They are open-enrollment and you can begin at anytime.
how long will i have access to the online course/MEMBERSHIP AREA?
Online courses that are available through our membership plan will be available as long as your are a paid member. Once your membership ends, you will no longer have access to the courses or other content.
how long are the 1:1 coaching sessionS?
The duration of the coaching program can be found in your individual coaching contract agreement. Sessions are usually weekly or bi-weekly for 6o minutes.
what if i miss our 1:1 coaching session?
Please give our session high priority and arrange your schedule to honor our agreed upon time. If you must reschedule, I ask you to give us 24 hours notice or as soon as you are able. We will not reschedule no-shows. Because we are holding an appointment for you and will be unable to fit another client in with less than 24 hours notice, that session will be forfeited. Emergencies are an exception.
Do you offer a payment plan for 1:1 Coaching?
We do not offer payment plans at this time, but that could change in the future.
HOW DO I RESCHEDULE A COACHING SESSION?
You can reschedule your coaching session by logging into your portal page with your login credentials. Go to your dashboard and click on your calendar. Choose “Schedule Coaching Session” at the top of the page. You can also send us a message.
Do you offer membership Plans?
Yes, we offer membership for our digital catalog. You can learn more by clicking here .
what is your cancellation policy for 1:1 coaching OR THE MEMBERSHIP PLAN?
Please refer to your coaching contract agreement regarding our cancellation policy for 1:1 coaching services. If you are unable to find your agreement, please send us a message.
If you would like to cancel your membership plan, you may do so in your account or send us a message.
are the digital membership products available for download?
No. There are some products in the membership area that are not available for download.
